Sales Development Manager Opportunity

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive category growth and dominance in the grocery and high street health and beauty category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase category sales and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store contacts to drive sales growth
  • Negotiate promotional space and product placement to maximize in-store visibility
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented sales initiatives
  • Full UK driver's license
