About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Procurement Officer to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing a portfolio of properties that meet our stringent requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Managing Properties: Identify and secure properties through accommodation partners, ensuring they meet our agreed standards and contract requirements.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain effective partnerships with local authority senior Environmental Health Officers (EHOs) and regional stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all properties are compliant with local and national regulations, promoting a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on performance targets and KPIs, ensuring our contracts are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Administration and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures, ensuring smooth handovers and sign-offs of properties.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with your line manager and team members, providing support and training as needed to optimise service delivery.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with a strong background in property management, procurement, or a related field. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to delivering excellence in everything you do. Your ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple tasks effectively will be key to your success in this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property procurement, management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of UK property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using relevant IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
