We are working in partnership with a leading provider of property solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality accommodation services in partnership with local authorities and stakeholders. There mission is to secure properties that meet the needs of their clients while adhering to the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.
As a Property Procurement Officer, you will play a crucial role in the organisation by sourcing and managing a portfolio of properties that meet their stringent requirements. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, landlords, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that all properties comply with relevant legislation and company standards.
Sourcing and Managing Properties: Identify and secure properties through accommodation partners, ensuring they meet our agreed standards and contract requirements.
Building Relationships: Develop and maintain effective partnerships with local authority senior Environmental Health Officers (EHOs) and regional stakeholders.
Ensure all properties are compliant with local and national regulations, promoting a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on performance targets and KPIs, ensuring our contracts are delivered to the highest standards.
Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures, ensuring smooth handovers and sign-offs of properties.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with your line manager and team members, providing support and training as needed to optimise service delivery.
You are a proactive and organised individual with a strong background in property management, procurement, or a related field. Proven experience in property procurement, management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of UK property legislation and compliance requirements.
