About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in property management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate property schedules and reports
  • Managing supplier and agent relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective services
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Tracking insurance documentation and making timely payments
  • Liaising with solicitors, agents, contractors, and accountants to support property transactions
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents for Board Meetings and company reports
  • Engaging with local authorities to manage business rates and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Coordinating energy utility contracts and ensuring billing accuracy
  • Overseeing property maintenance, refurbishment coordination, and compliance management

You will also be responsible for keeping track of vacant properties, liaising with managing and letting agents, and regularly reporting back to the Head of Asset Management. Strong office administration skills, including managing paperwork, schedules, and handling calls, will be crucial to your daily responsibilities.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a background in property management or administration. You will have experience working with both commercial and residential properties, and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Teams, is also essential.
