Bilfinger UK stands as a prominent provider in engineering and maintenance, catering to diverse sectors including chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables, and food & beverage. Our mission is to optimize asset efficiency, ensuring maximum availability while minimizing maintenance expenditures.
Key Responsibilities
• Timesheet Oversight – Gather and verify timesheets from site management
• Data Entry – Input timesheet information into the payroll system (M-power)
• Supply Chain Support – Assist in procurement for various contracts and projects (requesting quotes, placing orders, etc.)
• SAP Administration – Perform general duties including raising requisitions, managing the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process, and maintaining records within SAP
• Equipment Management – Organize documentation for hired plant and equipment, including support for ongoing hire processes
• Attendance Tracking – Update the POB tracker to reflect attendance levels, including holidays
• Communication – Handle phone inquiries and send necessary forms to HR/Payroll
• Qualification Processing – Validate employee qualifications through trade assessment forms using the onboarding tracker
• General Administrative Tasks – Execute various administrative duties as required
