We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and making a positive impact on their lives.
About the Role:This is a full-time position, working 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am shifts, depending on your preference. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing hands-on care to our residents, including administering medication, taking temperatures and blood pressures, and monitoring their condition.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Leading handover information to colleagues at the end of a shift and communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and active NMC pin number.
- Excellent care planning and clinical skills.
- Sensitivity, understanding, and a desire to help others.
- A good knowledge of National Standards and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of practice.
- Previous experience in a care-setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
