About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Payroll and Pensions to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all payroll and pension operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll and Pension Operations: Oversee the management of payroll and pension processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement payroll and pension strategies to support the organization's goals.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure all payroll and pension processes are efficient and streamlined.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Ensure regular reporting and analysis of payroll and pension data.
Requirements
  • Experience: A strong background in payroll and pensions within a large-scale organization.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Daily Rate: A competitive daily rate of GBP 270 to GBP 330.
  • Interim Contract: An interim contract lasting a couple of months.
