About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Pensions Manager to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As an Interim Pensions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of employee pensions in accordance with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert interpretation of pension regulations and associated legislation to guide pension administration activities.
- Advice and Support: Offer advice and support to team members and stakeholders on regulatory matters.
- Pension Payments: Oversee the accurate calculation of all pension payments, including retirements, transfers, and death benefits.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the pension's unit.
- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate reports on pension administration activities and performance to senior management.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all pension-related transactions and activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, advisors, and scheme members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Leadership: Line Management of Pension Officers and Remedy Pension Officer, providing direction and leadership, proactively managing performance, setting clear and stretching objectives, providing regular and constructive feedback, training and development, and timely PDRs.
- Deputising: Deputise for the Senior Payroll, Pensions, and Systems Lead in their absence.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Interim Pensions Manager who is an expert in pension administration and regulatory compliance. You will have a strong understanding of pension regulations and associated legislation, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive rate of £250 - £300 per day and the opportunity to work with a reputable company like Sellick Partnership.
