Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all payroll and pension operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and implement payroll and pension strategies to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Ensure all payroll and pension processes are efficient, streamlined, and aligned with best practices.
- Handle complex payroll and pension queries, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Ensure regular reporting and analysis of payroll and pension data, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the integration of payroll and pension processes, promoting a cohesive and efficient organisational culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in payroll and pensions within a large-scale organisation, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes and developments.
What We Offer
- A competitive daily rate of GBP 270 to GBP 330.
- An interim contract lasting a couple of months, with the opportunity to apply for further longer-term employment towards the end of the year.
