About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Payroll and Pensions to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all payroll and pension operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement payroll and pension strategies to support the organization's goals.
  • Ensure all payroll and pension processes are efficient and streamlined.
  • Handle complex payroll and pension queries, providing expert advice where necessary.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
  • Ensure regular reporting and analysis of payroll and pension data.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and pension processes.
Requirements
  • A strong background in payroll and pensions within a large-scale organization.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and regulations.
