Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Trax Consultant to join our team at Insight International (UK) Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional consulting services, focusing on treasury and cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business and functional analysis using established methods and tools.
  • Utilize modeling and diagramming techniques to visualize processes and solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Treasury and Corporate Finance, specifically with Payment Hub or comparable solutions.
  • Oversee cash management operations and treasury management processes, from foundational concepts to advanced topics such as Payment Factory and In-House Banking.
  • Facilitate banking connectivity, including SWIFT and EBICS protocols.
  • Understand and implement various message formats, including ISO20022 and SWIFT MTs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years (7 years for senior roles) of experience in client-facing positions, demonstrating a commitment to delivering value.
  • Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting software solutions, with a focus on client needs assessment and solution design.
  • At least 2 years (5 years for senior roles) of consulting experience, guiding medium to large corporations in maximizing their software investments.
  • Ability to work independently or lead a small team of consultants within project contexts.
  • Experience collaborating with Software Product Management and Delivery teams across various locations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build relationships in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years (5 years for senior roles) of experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, or Corporate Banking within a medium to large organization or service provider.
