About the Role:
Affina Search is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Systems Consultant to join our team as a Principal Consultant within our Implementation function. As a senior member of our project teams, you will be responsible for deploying Treasury Systems and solutions, and acting as a mentor to junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagements as a Project Manager, managing project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Deliver Treasury Systems implementation projects using proprietary implementation methodologies and evolving technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of major SaaS Treasury Management Systems, preferably FIS Integrity or Quantum.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in TMS systems implementation with deep knowledge of at least one major SaaS TMS offering.
- Ability to understand and deliver according to proprietary implementation methodologies using evolving technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable industry understanding of corporate Treasury and wider Finance operations.
