- Increasing market share in Symbol & Independent stores

As a Sales Strategy and Effectiveness Lead, your duties will include:
- Collaborating with the sales leadership team to formulate and execute a comprehensive field sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Regularly assessing operational effectiveness, identifying opportunities for process simplification and efficiency improvements.
- Recognizing risks and opportunities that may affect the team's ability to meet objectives and devising strategies to address these challenges.
- Ensuring that core sales systems function effectively and comply with legal standards at all times.
- Participating in strategy reviews, implementations, and system upgrades in a structured manner.
- Working closely with sales, shopper marketing, brand, and activation teams to equip field sales teams with the necessary tools for customer influence.
- Managing the direct marketing communication plan across our customer base to maximize engagement through effective communications.
- Leading and developing a team of Systems Executives and Engagement Executives to ensure that both systems and activation outputs align with business priorities.
