Sales Director UK&I, Benelux & Nordics

**About the Role**

We are partnering with a next-generation global technology company to hire a Sales Director for UK&I, Benelux & Nordics. The successful candidate will lead a team of 18 sales professionals, managing 10 Enterprise sales reps and 8 Product line specialists. The company has achieved $2 billion in revenue, with a strong presence in EMEA.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
* Develop and execute sales strategies for the UK, Benelux & Nordics regions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
* Manage a sales budget of £150,000 - £180,000

**Requirements**

* 15 years of management experience
* Proven track record of sales success in an Enterprise Software Vendor
* Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDIC, MEDPIC, Command, or Sandler
