The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and owning the marketing strategy and execution for the UK, Benelux & Nordics region, working closely with the global marketing team, local marketing specialists, and the local sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates in the UK, Benelux & Nordics region.
  • Manage all local marketing activities, including demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR.
  • Own the event marketing program calendars, organizing both Insider events and industry events, managing all aspects of the projects from speaker recruitment to logistics.
  • Create locally relevant assets to aid with sales and campaigns, such as case studies, whitepapers, guides.
  • Work closely with sales to measure program performance and lead quality.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • +7 years of previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS and Martech business.
  • Solid leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams.
  • Good knowledge of the digital space.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Excellent event planning and execution skills.
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude.
