Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our catering team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Management: Lead each shift and service, supporting your team to deliver impeccable table and event service.
- Team Supervision: Supervise the process of preparing and delivering a high standard food and drink service and experience to our guests.
- Menu Development: Ensure the drinks offer is on trend and enticing, and work with the team to develop and implement new menu ideas.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customer queries are responded to quickly and efficiently, and that customer feedback is acted upon.
- Event Planning: Plan, organise & deliver all bespoke catering events held within the Beacon, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Communication: Provide and support a clear line of communication between all team members, both FOH and BOH.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience of working in a good standard restaurant operation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- IT Literacy: IT literate, with the ability to use technology to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
