Executive Support Specialist

About the Role
Avenues Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our Executive department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to senior managerial or executive staff, working closely with them to ensure the smooth operation of their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Support Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of providing high-level administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of independence and self-motivation.
