About the Role

Avenues Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our Executive department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to senior managerial or executive staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including minute-taking, secretarial duties, and organizing meetings.
  • Manage and prioritize own workload to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including building and maintaining lists of contacts.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other IT applications to efficiently manage tasks and communicate with colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and diary management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent technical proficiency, with experience using a variety of IT applications and packages.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
