Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Remote Worker Ltd. This is a full-time remote position, with the possibility of working 30 hours per week pro rata.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the HR inbox and respond to emails efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate communication with staff and management.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, letters, and document templates on the HR system, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Assist with recruitment efforts, including creating job adverts, screening CVs, and arranging interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  4. Support managers with employee disagreements, complaints, and grievances, providing a fair and impartial resolution.
  5. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have strong HR administration experience, providing efficient support to a busy department. You should be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
