**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Advisor to join our team at 1X2 Network. As a standalone HR professional, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including coaching and advising managers on employee relations and general HR queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all related administrative tasks.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and general HR queries.
- Develop and implement HR projects, including performance-led culture initiatives, recruitment strategies, and succession planning.
- Support the c-suite team with HR-related matters and provide expertise on employment law and best practices.
- Manage employee communications, including annual leave, sickness, and resignation processes.
- Act as a sounding board for managers on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
- Support managers with recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, conducting CV screenings, and managing interview processes.
Requirements:
- Strong HR generalist background with experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leaders and people managers.
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong network and support system in place.
