The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a crucial role in driving the promotion and sales of products and services within designated market segments for specific focus accounts. The CRM is tasked with cultivating relationships with assigned accounts and potential prospects to effectively build a robust opportunity pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Meet Sales and Profit objectives in alignment with established targets Formulate both short-term and long-term strategic sales initiatives for all designated clients Identify and convert opportunities for targeted clientele Actively pursue sales leads with both new and existing clients Foster customer relationships and strategic alliances, evaluate customer requirements, and suggest suitable products and services Plan and execute customer visits while establishing relevant action plans Ensure prompt follow-up on opportunities and quotations Monitor and enhance project win rates, utilizing CRM systems for all project-related information Provide technical consulting and effectively communicate the technical attributes of our sealing solutions Oversee pricing, terms, and contract negotiations in collaboration with the team Gather market insights to identify innovation trends that can enhance our sealing portfolio Work towards increasing Trelleborg Brand Recognition and identify marketing requirements Lead Sales Excellence initiatives Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures, including Quality Procedures Conduct Contract Reviews (e.g., NDA, QAA) Assist in resolving quality-related issues Participate in management reviews, reports, business assessments, and planning

Candidate Profile

Technical degree or equivalent (preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field) Ideally, 2+ years of experience in engineering and/or sales Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities Strong technical and commercial negotiation proficiency Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and familiarity with technical drawings and terminology Customer-focused with a positive, professional, and proactive demeanor A proactive approach with a strong drive for results Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Knowledge of rubber/plastic products, seals, and bearings is advantageous Familiarity with market and application knowledge within specified segments is beneficial
