About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Absolutely Recruitment. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Order Management: Process new vehicle orders, progress orders, and generate contracts and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Client Communication: Handle and resolve client and driver queries in a prompt and professional manner, seeking guidance from the Account Manager and/or other departments when necessary.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and provide regular and ad-hoc client reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or sales industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Education: Degree-educated or equivalent, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
