About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Consultant to join our team at Penhaligon's in Cardiff. As a Fragrance Expert, you will play a key role in introducing and storytelling our fragrances, working closely with the store manager to maximise retail sales and build strong relationships with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrances and products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience
Requirements
  • Passion for fragrances and perfumes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate this effectively to customers
