At Jo Malone London, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Fragrance Specialist. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

About the Role

  • As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be the face of Jo Malone London, showcasing our luxurious fragrances and gifting products to our customers.
  • You will be responsible for creating a personalized and authentic customer experience, ensuring that each customer feels valued and inspired.
  • You will work closely with our team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Showcase our luxurious fragrances and gifting products to our customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Work closely with our team to create impact with in-store events, such as product launches and promotions.
  • Ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising, creating an engaging and immersive customer experience.

Requirements

  • A passion for fragrance and gifting, with a strong understanding of our products and their unique features and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
