Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Make Up & Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Tom Ford. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a luxurious in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service, ensuring that each client has a unique and memorable experience.
  • Combine your passion for fragrance and beauty to create a seamless and luxurious in-store experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create impactful in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting diversity and equality in the workplace.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the beauty and fragrance industry.

Requirements:

  • A passion for fragrance and beauty, with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • An approachable and friendly demeanor, with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Previous experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and understanding their needs to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours, with a commitment to maintaining a good work-life balance.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
