About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team at Fine & Country, specializing in luxury properties in Cardiff and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer bespoke marketing strategies to clients, utilizing the local, national, and international exposure provided by the Fine & Country network.
  • Work closely with clients from initial contact to handover, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Market properties to achieve maximum exposure and the highest possible price, following the Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service proven strategy.

What We Offer:

Support with administration, dealing with calls, booking appointments, marketing, sales progression, marketing exposure, lead generation, and more.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Estate Agent, ideally with a background in listing and selling high-end properties in the area.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with U/HNW individuals.
  • Professionally presented and able to offer a bespoke service and marketing strategy.
