About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Artist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized customer service, creating a welcoming and engaging store environment, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and demonstrations. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new launches and trends
* Create engaging and interactive store experiences, including product demonstrations and workshops
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
