About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Stylist. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized fragrance consultations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect scent to suit their tastes and preferences
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and customer preferences to provide expert advice and recommendations
  • Contributing to the creation and execution of in-store events, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
