About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Make Up & Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Tom Ford Beauty. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a luxurious in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and empowered to express their individuality.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our luxury beauty products and fragrances, and be able to communicate their benefits and features to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store events and visual merchandising displays that showcase our products and brand.

  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work variable shifts and meet the needs of the business.
