As an Operations Manager at Places Leisure, you will play a key role in achieving our objectives by leading the Operations Team and deputising for the General Manager in their absence.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining a high profile shop floor presence, interacting with staff and customers, and responding efficiently to all staff and customer concerns.
