Job Title: Registered Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to young people in supported accommodation settings.

About the Role:
  • Implement and develop services that meet the needs of young people in supported accommodation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Director of Quality & Support and operational teams to drive service improvement and growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategic objectives to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams to investigate qualitative data and identify customer experience gaps.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Statement of Purpose and ensure it remains young person-focused.
  • Develop and implement an annual internal audit program to identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement.
About You:
  • Qualification in, or working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role requiring staff supervision and management in a setting for young people operating in supported housing and/or care.
  • Substantial experience of working with young people and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, project, and presentation skills.
  • Clear and concise report writing for a variety of audiences.
