About the RoleAs a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services, ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, and managing staff and resources effectively. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and growing the business with both local authority business and private hours.
Requirements- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable (or working towards it)
- Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- A contributory pension scheme
