About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our children's home team. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a holistic approach to care and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The right to work in the UK
