Domiciliary Care Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care Service in Doncaster. Our client is a reputable provider of domiciliary care services, committed to delivering high-quality care to its service users.
The Role:As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy home care branch, working closely with your Care Coordinator and Field Care supervisors to ensure the delivery of quality care. You will also collaborate with the Managing Directors to devise marketing strategies and work to increase the care hours delivered by the branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of a busy home care branch
- Work closely with your Care Coordinator and Field Care supervisors to ensure the delivery of quality care
- Collaborate with the Managing Directors to devise marketing strategies
- Work to increase the care hours delivered by the branch
- Ensure refresher training and induction training is delivered to a high standard
- Be responsible for the recruitment of care and support staff
- Review the branch processes and ensure they are inline with current CQC standards
- Prior experience in managing a domiciliary care service offering circa 2000 care hours per week
- An NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience in delivering induction training would be desirable, but not essential
The Registered Manager role comes with an annual salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience, a performance-based bonus, 28 days holiday, increasing with length of service, a pension scheme, health insurance, and ongoing training opportunities.
