Job Title: Registered Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to young people in supported accommodation settings.

About the Role:
  • Lead the implementation and development of services that meet the needs of young people in supported accommodation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards and the Quality Standards for supported accommodation.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Director of Quality & Support and operational teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure excellent quality of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement an annual internal audit program to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
About You:
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
  • Have experience in a similar role, supervising staff in a setting for young people in supported housing and/or care.
  • Substantial experience of working with young people and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
  • A driving license and use of a car for work.
