Spire Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Imaging Department Manager to lead their team in providing exceptional patient care.

As a key member of the healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of imaging services within our hospital.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and management to the Imaging Department, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Oversee a team of skilled professionals, guiding them to deliver efficient and effective imaging services that meet the diverse needs of our patients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other clinical leaders to enhance diagnostic imaging services and contribute to the overall success of the hospital.
  • Champion a culture of patient-centered care, prioritizing their well-being and satisfaction at every stage of their journey.

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Radiography, coupled with registration with the HCPC.
  • Proven leadership skills and a commitment to professional development.
  • Experience working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC frameworks and IRMER requirements.
  • Familiarity with PACS/CRIS systems and RPA principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
