Service Overview

NEC partners with governmental bodies to facilitate the management of welfare resources aimed at supporting vulnerable populations. Our core duty involves evaluating and processing funding requests within established guidelines and timelines, providing assistance and direction to applicants through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of Entitlement Services, managing the administration of extensive operations while ensuring adherence to financial plans and superior service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Entitlement Services Management team to exchange best practices and support colleagues in meeting organizational objectives.
  • Oversee all facets of contract execution, focusing on performance metrics, quality assurance, and team leadership.
  • Formulate strategies to improve service delivery and identify new business prospects.
  • Engage with partners to enhance service offerings and cultivate robust relationships.
  • Track and improve performance benchmarks, empower team members, and provide precise reporting.
  • Recognize and implement enhancements to boost profitability and promote staff development.
  • Represent the organization in external engagements to strengthen our reputation and public image.
  • Contribute to the organization's financial success and assist with human resources-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in team management and delivering services to governmental or social housing sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budget compliance, and business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing the promotion of positive change and upholding integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and capable of motivating and inspiring team members.
