About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Care Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in refining our processes, overseeing defect inspections, and leading a team of dedicated coordinators and operatives.

Your mission will be to elevate our customer service standards while ensuring efficiency and quality at every step. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing defects, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.

What You Bring
  • Proven experience in customer care working for a new homes developer.
  • Strong construction and house builder knowledge.
  • Expertise in streamlining processes and defect management.
  • Strong leadership skills and a knack for motivating teams.
The Details
  • Up to £55k-£65k basic (depending on experience) + annual bonus.
  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
  • 1 day WFH.
  • Cooperate benefits including free health care and pension contributions.
