Business Development Executive

At SoftServe, we're on a mission to empower talented individuals to change the world for the better. As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in establishing strategic relationships with new clients, driving client satisfaction, and maximizing revenue results for our company.
The Role- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas within a given territory
- Maintain pipeline progress and forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression
- Build and maintain relationships with key individuals within client organizations
- Drive contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively close new client deals in the retail industry
- Participate and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Develop a territory and account plan for the given fiscal year, leveraging existing pipeline, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives
