Sales Director Opportunity

Our client, a renowned home textiles business, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead their sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve significant revenue expansion, doubling revenue in national, independent, and retail stores within the next 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability.
  • Own the P&L responsibility for the sales division, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maximized.
  • Negotiate contracts with large and small customers, ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify white spaces and increase shelf space in existing retailers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B2C and D2C offline spaces, focusing on acquiring and retaining key customers.
  • Oversee various projects within the sales division, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and the board of directors, making commercial recommendations based on market analysis and performance metrics.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in selling premium textiles (home or fashion) into national and independent retailers essential.
