Junior Construction Planning Associate

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Junior Construction Planning Associate to join our team at Wolviston Management Services. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and plan all project deliverables to align with contractual milestones.
- Lead and coordinate planning meetings with project managers to ensure effective communication.

- Facilitate regular reviews of project schedules to monitor progress and address any emerging risks.
- Monitor and communicate any potential delays in project timelines.
- Prepare and update detailed progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Work closely with sales and proposals teams to synchronize bid activities with resource planning.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to critically assess and refine project logic.
