Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our emergency services team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring the delivery of safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders, including project team members, contractors, and suppliers.
- Development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management, including reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in a public sector or emergency services environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, including health and safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
