This is a full-time, permanent role operating from Monday to Friday.
As a Logistics Associate, your responsibilities will include assisting with the receipt and dispatch of goods, loading and unloading vehicles at the distribution center, ensuring the secure storage of incoming shipments, and accurately selecting items for customer orders. We seek an individual who will uphold a tidy and safe working environment and contribute positively to the daily operations of the logistics facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately selecting items from storage to fulfill customer orders
- Meeting daily performance targets while maintaining a swift picking pace
- Assisting with restocking shelves to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supporting the intake of goods and conducting stock counts
- Performing weekly inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Carrying out general cleaning and organizational tasks within the warehouse
- Operating a forklift safely
- Communicating effectively and motivating team members
- Understanding industry principles and demonstrating a proactive approach
- Offering innovative ideas and solutions to enhance operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) license
- Bendi/Flexi Forklift License
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in IT and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols
