Responsibilities
  • Translate client needs into actionable project plans, driving progress towards successful deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee project progress and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor project team members by providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support to achieve project milestones and goals.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

Must Haves

  • Proven experience in learning & development program design (ideally within leadership development) or consulting in a people-focused field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field is required.
  • A project management qualification is highly desirable for this role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at senior levels.
  • Proven leadership abilities, capable of motivating and influencing project team members to drive success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.
