In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of leadership development. You will translate client needs into impactful program designs, ensuring their success through meticulous project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, translating them into comprehensive leadership development programs.
  • Develop and execute actionable project plans, meticulously managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior-level clients, including multinational corporations, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive exceptional results and meet project milestones.
  • Prepare clear and concise status updates and presentations for both internal stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Analyze program data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our leadership development offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in learning & development program design, particularly within the realm of leadership development, or consulting in a people-centric field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or education management, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence project teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for the identification and resolution of complex challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Experience with project management software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly as required.
