Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:
    • Lead and manage programs related to case management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of program initiatives, from conception to execution, while managing timelines and resources globally.

  • Case Management:
    • Create and refine a comprehensive case management strategy that aligns with business objectives.
    • Build and lead teams to orchestrate the integration of backend modules for case management.
    • Develop a strategy and framework for the tool, ensuring effective resolution and escalation processes.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead change management initiatives across the organization to support the adoption of new tools and processes, leading comms, hypercare support, etc.
    • Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption during change implementations.
    • Provide training, documentation, and support for stakeholders to adapt to changes effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on program objectives.
    • Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring that all parties are engaged and informed throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Ecosystem and Module Evaluation:
    • Investigate current modules and ecosystem to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for innovation.
    • Develop frameworks to structure roles, responsibilities, and processes to maintain and elevate the tool to service.
    • Lead efforts to define taxonomy, documentation, and content to enhance partner education and user engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building and leading teams, particularly in technical or modular environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex systems and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving change.
  • Familiarity with taxonomy, content management, and documentation best practices, particularly in partner or client education contexts.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with backend systems and module integration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to create and manage frameworks for organizational roles, responsibilities, and processes.
