Program Director

Kingpin Communications is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead our integration program, driving the successful merger of six agencies into a cohesive organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning and driving various programs of work, ensuring a seamless integration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies, methodologies, and processes to achieve integration goals.
  • Lead communication and decision-making related to program delivery, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of workstream owners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and areas for improvement, ensuring the program stays on track.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the SteerCo, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering complex integration projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of marketing and communications principles.
