About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Implementation Manager to lead our emerging change management team and develop the centre of excellence for the NHS Business Services Authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow the change management capability across the Portfolio Management Directorate and NHSBSA enterprise.
  • Lead change planning and delivery support for projects and programmes of work by implementing a structured approach.
  • Identify change elements resulting from the project which will impact people, such as business processes, systems, technology and organisation design.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, internal and external to NHSBSA to complete impact assessments.
  • Provide line management to a team of change professionals working across the NHSBSA enterprise.
  • Provide advice and guidance within the Programme and Project Management community on the field of change management.
Requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with, and influence, senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient and determined, with strong negotiation skills and ability to constructively challenge.
  • Ability to communicate sensitive or contentious information appropriately.
