Agile Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Analyst to support the delivery of large-scale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and public-facing applications at Newcastle-Under-Lyme Borough Council.
This is a key role in our transformation journey, where you will work closely with the Change Manager to develop and drive forward the implementation and management of CRM systems, website content management systems, SharePoint intranet, and Microsoft 365.
As a Change Analyst, you will create streamlined digital forms, update and improve website and intranet content, and ensure it meets the needs and expectations of our residents and users.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital solutions, including digital forms, low-code development, and Microsoft Power platform.
- Support the delivery of CRM systems, website content management systems, and SharePoint intranet.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives.
- Design and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification, or significant equivalent experience.
- ITIL 3/4 Foundation or Intermediate certification.
- Experience in a relevant change or digital support function in a large organization.
- Experience in using specialist CRM software to support customer-facing environments.
