Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Job Box Recruitment Limited. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the daily running of the office, including maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including scanning and filing documents, preparing official correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and coordinating meetings.
  • Client Liaison: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Database Management: Set up and maintain databases, including Excel, to track and manage client and supplier information.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of administration experience in a professional environment.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Not specified.
